Change and return

You can send back all purchased articles within 14 days after receipt.

If you do so, the contract of sale is then invalid.

After the return of the delivered goods the contract of sale is invalid and already payed amounts will be credited.

If the goods show any signs of use or damage, we reserve us the right to claim for compensation.

Please make sure that the articles are sent back compete and in their original packing. This guarantees a fast handling.

Delivery under reserve
Delivery while stock lasts. Delivery only in Germany. We deliver within 14 days per Post or parcel service. We inform you immediately in case of delay.

up to 5 kg: 7,02 € 
up to 10 kg: 9,28 €
up to 20 kg: 11,78 €
up to 31,5 kg: 15,35 €

Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Great Britain, France:
up to 5 kg: 22,48 € 
up to 10 kg: 30,13 €
up to 20 kg: 45,43 €
up to 31,5 kg: 63,03 €

Zone 2: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Poland, Spain: 
up to  5 kg: 22,48 €

(all prices for delivery without insurance, incl. VAT)

Delivery of bulky goods (e.g. panels) at 1,03 €/ mileage from plant Wesseling. Goods can also be collected personally. 

Payment, due-date, delay of payment 

We reserve the right to rule out certain methods of payment.

Payment is not possible through sending cash or cheques. We are not liable in the case of loss.

In case of return the invoice amount can be cut down accordingly.

We reserve the right to charge overdue fines in case of delay of payment.

Reservation of proprietary rights
ON TOP KLETTERN Gesellschaft für Freizeitsport mbH has property in the goods until payment is completetd. 

Reclamation
Our goods are subject to strict quality controls. Please inform us if you still have reasons for reclamation. We will see to it immediately.

Data security 
We obligate to use your data exclusively for handling your order.
